christmas time

Well I have neglected this blog for over two months. I have so much to tell. Christmas is my favorite time of the year as was my Dad's also, when he was living. I tend to follow in my Dads footsteps making this my favorite time of the year.
We have so much to be thankful for.

We have a God who loves us so much, and a wonderful Country that we live in. Bob and I have five wonderful children and 4 wonderful in-laws, even the families themselves that our two daughter - in- laws came from and our two son in laws came from are truly a blessing to us and to know that there children, were raised to love there heavenly father and show this in there daily walk with Christ. I am so thankful for our family.

As you all know, my grandson, Brian has histiocytosis a form of cancer in the Leukemia family. As I pray for Brian each and every day, i ask God to give him strength and heal his body, with each hill he has to climb, I ask God to bring him through it and especially be with his parents who also need strength and encouragement in their activity of taking care of Brian and meeting all his needs. He has an older brother and sister and a younger sister, I pray that God would reveal to them the importance of being loving and obedient to their parents as they meet the needs of their precious brother Brian.

Each week seems to be another hurdle that our daughter and her husband have to overcome for Brian, but today God was once again gracious in allowing Brian to do so very good on his Infusion. PTL for answered prayers and care for Brian during this time. During this time of this season, may be be thankful in all things and remember those in need. Again thanks for all the prayers that have been offered up for Brian, please continue to uphold him in prayer.God bless you all.
